What started off as enthusiasm to make healthy and beautiful smoothie bowls in a local café she was running has now turned into a passion project to bring nutritious and natural superfood powders to everyone!

It all started when Elaine started serving smoothie bowls in her café back in 2018 that primarily served healthy meals. Her customers absolutely loved the beautiful bowls and soon, many became regulars and came back every other morning for breakfast! 

"I discovered superfood powders throughout my travels and whilst studying abroad. It was causing quite the hype over there, especially with the smoothie bowls which I absolutely adored! I decided to try them out and started regularly using superfood powders with my food. I noticed a difference in my overall energy, mood, and complexity after a few months and have been a big fan ever since! My indigestion and eczema issues improved as well and it’s never been the same."

The idea behind Nudie Superfoods began during the pandemic in early 2020, when the world went into lockdown. Most of us started to take into account the importance of eating healthy and being physically active more than ever. 

"Nutrition has always been an important aspect of my meals. I’m quite an active person and having sufficient nutrients in my diet really helps fuel my body and mind daily"

Elaine was determined to share her experience and also make superfood powders more accessible to everyone in this part of the world. After a year of research and sourcing, Nudie Superfoods was launched in April 2021 with a vision to change the way you achieve a healthy balanced diet without relying on artificial supplements made in labs.
